Champagne Mango Vinaigrette

Champagne Mangoes flourish in the richly fertile volcanic soil of Southwest Mexico where they are caressed by the balmy breezes from the south Pacific. If you haven’t tasted a Champagne mango, you’re in for a superlative taste treat. It’s also a great source of vitamins A and C, and Champagne Mango Vinaigrette pairs well with light salads and with avocado chunks for an easy, flavorful, and filling snack.


Champagne Mango Vinaigrette Ingredients:

  • 1 Champagne Mango, diced
  • 2 Tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Juice of half a Lime
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Sage
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • Pinch of Sea Salt



  1. Place Diced Mango, Champagne Vinegar, Sage, Oregano, and Lime in a food processor and puree. Adjust the Chili Flakes and Sea Salt to taste.
