Champagne Mango Vinaigrette Ingredients:
- 1 Champagne Mango, diced
- 2 Tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Juice of half a Lime
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Sage
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Place Diced Mango, Champagne Vinegar, Sage, Oregano, and Lime in a food processor and puree. Adjust the Chili Flakes and Sea Salt to taste.
