Paleo Vegan Avocado Milkshake

Smooth and creamy, avocados lend great texture, flavor, and healthy fat to this new twist on an old favorite in this Paleo Vegan Avocado Milkshake.

 

Paleo Vegan Avocado Milkshake Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp. of Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Beans
  • 10 Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. Slice Ripe Avocados in Half. Remove pit and Peel.
  2. Place the avocado Flesh into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Add almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
  4. Add Ice cubes and pulse until smooth.
  5. Enjoy.
